WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Safety Zones; Annual Events in the Captain of the Port Eastern Great Lakes Zone.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 16 by Adam T. Mosley, Commander, U.S. Coast Guard, Acting Captain of the Port, Eastern Great Lakes.
