The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 2 by S.L. Crecy, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Los Angeles-Long Beach.
Summary: The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters in San Pedro Bay on July 4, 2026.
