WASHINGTON, Sept. 17 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Safety Zone; Key West Main Ship Channel, and Fleming Key Cut, Key West, FL.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 17 by Joshua M. Empen, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Sector Key West.

Summary: The Coast Guard is establishing two temporary safety zones to support U.S. military training operations. Zone 1 will encompass the navigable waters of Fleming Key Cut within a 500-foot radius of surface support vessels.
