The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 22 by D.M. Parker, Commander, U.S. Coast Guard, Acting Captain of the Port Sector Northern Great Lakes.

Summary: The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters on the Cheboygan River from the Cheboygan Lock & Dam Complex to the Lincoln Bridge.
