WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Fixed and Moving Safety Zone; Vicinity of the M/V ZHEN HUA 24; Houston Ship Channel and Morgan's Point, TX.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 21 by Nicole D. Rodriguez, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Sector Houston-Galveston.
