WASHINGTON, Jan. 26 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Drawbridge Operation Regulation; Technical Amendment; Removal of Obsolete Drawbridge Operating Regulations.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 26 by Michael T. Cunningham, Chief, Office of Regulations and Administrative Law, U.S. Coast Guard.
Summary: The Coast Guard is removing 81 special drawbridge operating regulations that previously operated over various waterways throughout the United States.
