WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Annual Fireworks Displays and Other Events in the USCG Heartland District Requiring Safety Zones.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 16 by Michael W. Metz, Commander, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port, MSU Pittsburgh.
