WASHINGTON, June 25 -- Coast Guard has issued a proposed rule called: Special Local Regulation; Great Lakes Annual Marine Events-Cuyahoga River, Cleveland, OH.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 25 by Matthew J Walter, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Sector Eastern Great Lakes.

Summary: The Coast Guard is proposing to revise its existing regulation to add a new recurring Special Local Regulation (SLR) for certain navigable waters of the Cuyahoga River.
