WASHINGTON, June 2 -- Coast Guard has issued a proposed rule called: Safety Zones; Recurring Events in Captain of the Port Duluth Zone.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 2 by John P. Botti, Commander, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Marine Safety Unit Duluth.
