WASHINGTON, Oct. 27 -- Coast Guard has issued a proposed rule called: Safety Zone; Southern California Annual Firework Events for the Los Angeles-Long Beach Captain of the Port Zone.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 27 by S.L. Crecy, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Los Angeles-Long Beach.
Summary: The Coast Guard is proposing to amend the Southern California Firework Events for Los Angeles-Long Beach Captain of the Port Zone Annual Safety Zones.
