WASHINGTON, May 13 -- Coast Guard has issued a notice called: Certificates of Alternative Compliance for the Coast Guard Heartland District.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 13 by J.B. Wheeler, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Chief of Prevention, Coast Guard Heartland District.
