Brief Summary: Data for this propensity score-matched (PSM) comparative study were obtained from a prospectively maintained database comprising 679 cases of robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy (RPD). This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility and justification of vascular resection (VR) in RPD for pancreatic cancer. The primary study endpoint was to compare the surgical outcomes between patients undergoing VR (+) and VR (-) in RPD using PSM to minimize selection bias and allow for balanced comparisons.
