Brief Summary: This prospective observational cohort study aims to examine changes in occupational disidentification among undergraduate nursing interns during clinical internship and to identify factors associated with high-risk trajectories. Undergraduate nursing students will be followed using online questionnaires from the end of the first internship week and approximately every three months until the end of internship.
