U.S., Aug. 29 -- ClinicalTrials.gov registry received information related to the study (NCT07792707) titled 'Ultrasound Evaluation of Fluid Tolerance and Fluid Responsiveness in Postoperative Cardiac Surgery Patients' on Aug. 23.
Brief Summary: This pilot randomized controlled trial will evaluate the use of point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) to assess fluid tolerance and fluid responsiveness in patients following cardiac surgery. Participants will be randomized to an ultrasound-guided assessment strategy or standard care.
