Brief Summary: This prospective, non-randomized, controlled study evaluated the efficacy of a topical cosmetic keratolytic preparation (serum and cream containing urea, salicylic acid, and collagen) in reducing the thickness and associated pain of hyperkeratotic foot lesions (calluses and corns).
