U.S., April 4 -- ClinicalTrials.gov registry received information related to the study (NCT07509580) titled 'Treatment Response to TFESI and DRG Pulsed RF in Lumbar Spinal Stenosis and Disc Herniation' on March 29.
Brief Summary: Lumbar radiculopathy caused by conditions such as lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis can lead to chronic pain and reduced quality of life. In patients who do not respond to conservative treatments, minimally invasive procedures such as transforaminal epidural steroid injection (TFESI) and pulsed radiofrequency (pRF) applied to the dorsal root ganglion are commonly used.
