Brief Summary: It is thought that a yoga intervention administered to pregnant women will reduce stress levels, enhance sexual quality of life, and positively affect sleep habits. According to the power analysis results, the study must include at least 70 pregnant women (35 in the experimental group and 35 in the control group). Data will be collected through a Personal Information Form, the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), the Sexual Quality of Life Questionnaire-Female (SQLQ-F), and a Sleep Habits Form.
