Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether the size of the opening made during laser-assisted cataract surgery affects where the artificial lens sits in the eye and the glasses prescription after surgery.

This study includes adults aged 40 years and older who are scheduled to have cataract surgery in both eyes. Cataract surgery removes the cloudy natural lens of the eye and replaces it with a clear artificial lens, called an intraocular lens.
