Brief Summary: This phase II MyeloMATCH treatment trial compares the combination of azacitidine, venetoclax and quizartinib to the standard treatment of cytarabine, daunorubicin and quizartinib for the treatment of patients with FLT3-ITD mutant acute myeloid leukemia.
