Brief Summary: This is a study of UBT37034 for injection in participants who have obesity or are overweight. The main purpose is to learn more about the safety, tolerability, drug concentration, drug action and immune response of repeated UBT37034 administration. This is a single-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study with multiple ascending doses. A total of 40 participants will be enrolled in 4 different dose groups.
