Brief Summary: Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease and is associated with reduced functional capacity and impaired quality of life. Non-pharmacological interventions, including aerobic exercise and paced breathing, may improve blood pressure control by enhancing cardiovascular and autonomic function.
