Brief Summary: This single-center, prospective, single-arm pilot study will evaluate a simulation-based interprofessional education program for early-career operating room team members at Yongin Severance Hospital. Participants will include postgraduate year 1-2 surgical residents, newly appointed anesthesia nurse practitioners, and newly appointed operating room nurses.
