Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial aims to compare the incidence of hemidiaphragmatic paralysis (HDP) following ultrasound-guided interscalene block (ISB) versus shoulder pericapsular nerve group (PENG) block in patients undergoing elective shoulder surgery under general anesthesia.
