Brief Summary: This is a single-arm, Phase II, multicenter clinical trial evaluating sacituzumab tirumotecan in patients with TROP2-positive advanced biliary tract cancer who have experienced disease progression after, or intolerance to, at least one prior line of systemic therapy.
