Brief Summary: This prospective single-arm clinical study plans to enroll 29 participants with unresectable stage IIIB-IV ALK fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Eligible patients must be aged >=18 years with an ECOG performance status of 0-2 and have developed grade 1-3 hypercholesterolemia adverse events (AEs, per CTCAE 5.0) after lorlatinib treatment. All subjects will receive recakimab 300 mg administered once every 8 weeks.
