Brief Summary: This observational, prospective cohort study aims to evaluate the diagnostic relevance of Reflectance Confocal Microscopy (RCM) features in atypical melanocytic lesions scheduled for surgical excision, and to correlate these imaging features with molecular profiles obtained through Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS).
