Brief Summary: Obesity is a chronic disease that can be treated with metabolic and bariatric surgery when appropriate. This study will prospectively evaluate a new laparoscopic bariatric procedure called Stapled Intact-Duodenum Bipartition with Sleeve Gastrectomy (SIBS).
