Brief Summary: The goal of the clinical trial is to learn if preoperative Superficial Inguinal Fascia Iliaca (SIFI) block works to reduce pain during positioning for spinal anesthesia. Investigators will compare this block to no block to see if it works to reduce procedural pain. All participants will be divided into two groups.
