Brief Summary: This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of a platinum-free neoadjuvant regimen (gemcitabine, camrelizumab, endostar, and low-dose radiotherapy) followed by a risk-adapted therapeutic strategy in patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
