Brief Summary: Lattice radiation therapy (LRT) is a spatially fractionated thoracic radiotherapy technique that creates alternating high- and low-dose regions within primary lung tumors and metastatic lymph nodes to strengthen local tumor suppression and reduce radiation injury to normal thoracic organs.
