Brief Summary: This prospective comparative interventional study evaluated the anatomical and visual outcomes of phacovitrectomy versus pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) alone in patients with post-intravitreal injection endophthalmitis. Eligible patients underwent either combined phacovitrectomy or PPV alone according to the study protocol.
