Brief Summary: The aim of this study was to compare the effects of Open Kinetic Chain (OKC) and Closed Kinetic Chain (CKC) exercises on dynamic balance, static balance, and vertical jump performance in sedentary individuals.
A total of 68 sedentary individuals voluntarily participated in this randomized controlled trial and were allocated into three groups: OKC, CKC, and a control group.
