Brief Summary: This prospective, randomized, phase 4 clinical trial aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous Maxigesic, a fixed-dose combination of acetaminophen and ibuprofen, for postoperative pain control in patients undergoing laparoscopic or robotic gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
