Brief Summary: This web-based comparative cross-sectional survey will assess sexual function, sexual quality of life, psychological status, and marital satisfaction among Egyptian men in monogamous and polygamous marriages. Eligible participants will be married Egyptian men aged 18 years or older who provide electronic informed consent and complete an anonymous Arabic-language questionnaire.
