Brief Summary: LANCE-AF is a prospective, multicenter, multinational, randomized, non-inferiority trial comparing two pulsed-field ablation catheter technologies-the Sphere-9 lattice-tip catheter and the FARAPULSE pentaspline catheter-in patients with symptomatic persistent atrial fibrillation.
