Brief Summary: This study examines the relationship between walking exercise, body fat percentage changes, and brain gray and white matter volumes in overweight and obese adults with headache complaints. Participants with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 or above will be divided into two groups: one receiving a diet program combined with a 12-week walking exercise regimen, and a control group receiving diet alone.
