Brief Summary: This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study will evaluate the effect of intravenous dexamethasone on postoperative analgesia in children and adolescents undergoing surgery for idiopathic scoliosis with bilateral erector spinae plane (ESP) blocks.
