Brief Summary: This prospective, single-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of local intraosseous tranexamic acid administration for reducing perioperative blood loss in patients undergoing primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA).
