Brief Summary: Clinical appointments are an opportunity to provide cancer survivors (defined as patients and survivors) and people in their communities (e.g. caregivers, family members, friends) with education about radon and radon testing. This is a pilot study to develop and evaluate the impact of a clinic-based intervention that educates cancer survivors and their caregivers/families about radon and radon testing.
