Brief Summary: This study is a prospective randomized controlled trial comparing holmium laser en-bloc resection of bladder tumor (HoLERBT) with conventional transurethral resection of bladder tumor (cTURBT) in patients with suspected non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC).
