Brief Summary: This randomized controlled clinical trial aims to compare the clinical and radiographic outcomes of Zinc Oxide Eugenol (ZOE) and Iodoform-Calcium Hydroxide (Metapex) as root canal filling materials in primary molars prepared using either rotary or manual instrumentation techniques.
