Brief Summary: This randomized clinical trial compares the effectiveness of a chlorhexidine mouthwash with an essential-oil-based mouthwash in improving oral health outcomes. Participants will be assigned to one of the two mouthwash groups and will use the assigned mouthwash according to the study protocol. Oral health parameters will be assessed at baseline and after the follow-up period to determine and compare the effects of the two mouthwashes.
