Brief Summary: The aim of this randomized clinical trial is to evaluate the clinical and radiographic outcomes of using Bone Bioactive Liquid (Theravex) compared to Xenograft and a combination therapy (Theravex + Xenograft) during immediate implant placement in the esthetic zone.
