Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the effect of a Health Belief Model- and Self-Efficacy Theory-based childbirth preparation education on fear of childbirth, childbirth self-efficacy, birth preferences, and childbirth preparation behaviors among nulliparous pregnant women.
