Brief Summary: Breastfeeding is essential for infant survival and maternal health; however, many primipara women experience breastfeeding difficulties in the early postpartum period, particularly breast engorgement, ineffective milk transfer, and low breastfeeding self-efficacy, which may compromise successful breastfeeding.
