Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to test whether an accelerated deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS) protocol in combination with cognitive training can improve cognitive abilities in older adults with Subjective Cognitive Decline (SCD) or Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI).
