Brief Summary: This study aims to compare the effectiveness of eccentric and concentric quadriceps femoris strengthening exercises in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Knee osteoarthritis is a common musculoskeletal condition that causes pain, reduced joint movement, muscle weakness, and functional limitations.
