Brief Summary: This is a prospective, multicenter observational cohort study for patients with lung nodules suspicious for early-stage lung cancer. The study aims to build AI-assisted diagnostic models by integrating clinical data, CT imaging and multi-omics biomarkers, and validate a rapid evaluation system for bronchoscopic biopsy specimens. No investigational drugs or devices will be applied; all participants receive routine clinical care.
