Brief Summary: The primary objective of this study is to determine if a maternal fetal medicine (MFM) debriefing consult six to eight weeks postpartum reduces self-reported post-traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety symptoms following a delivery complicated by severe maternal morbidity (SMM).
