Brief Summary: This is an exploratory, ctDNA-guided, multi-stage clinical study designed to evaluate the clinical value of treatment decision-making based on circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) variant allele frequency (VAF) dynamics in patients with HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer.
